Order Questions

1. How do I order products online?

Click the add to cart button to all the products you want (you will see it in your mini cart on the top right of the website).
Click the check out link on you mini cart (on the top right of the website).
Here you can either log in (if you are already a registered user), pick a user name and password or skip login / registration and continue to check out.
Make sure your order is correct and adjust quantities. Fill out your shipping address and click complete order button.
Now you will be on our 100% SECURE payment page. If you are already a PayPal member put in your e-mail and password. If not follow the simple directions (Most of your data will already be put in for you by our website).
Make sure you click the return to site link on the PayPal website after you made your payment so your order will be completed.
You will be sent an e-mail that the order is placed and then you can check your order status online.

2. How do I check my order status?

After your order has been placed you will see an order tool that pops up on the right side of the website.
Click the link of the order you would like to check the status on.
If under your Invoice # it says STATUS: Processing, then your order is still being Processed.
If under your Invoice # it says STATUS: Shipped 11/20/2011 (example date) then you should be getting your order in 3 to 8 days from that shipped date.

3. I live outside the USA, can I still order products?

Yes you can order from wreckenshop.com from anywhere in the world. If you live outside the USA than you have to pay $14.00 for shipping on the first product and $4.00 on each additional items.
Canadian customers will not be charged any additional money for shipping.

4. Can I order by mail?

Yes you can order by mail.
Click the add to cart button to all the products you want (you will see it in your mini cart on the top right of the website).
Click the check out link on you mini cart (on the top right of the website).
Then click the skip login / registration and continue to check out.
Make sure your order is correct and adjust quantities. Fill out your shipping address and then print this page out.
Make out your money order to WreckenShop.com and then mail it with your CheckOut page to:

6. Can I return product?

Yes we do accept returns.
Contact us within 15 days of shipping receipt for exchange only if in new condition*. Unwashed, unused products returned to us will be accepted for an exchange or store credit.
Example: If you purchase a Large shirt when you receive it you find you really needed a X-Large. Simply return it and we will send you the correct size.
We do not accept returns of CD’s or DVD’s unless damaged or defective. If an item is damaged or defective please follow our return process and then we will send you out a replacement for that exact same product.
Please call (510-410-3999) or e-mail us with a brief description of the “reason for return” including your Item Number (located on order receipt), and we will promptly reply. When returning item(s) for exchange, again please indicate your Item Number, shipping address, phone number, and item(s) you wish to exchange within the 15 day period as previously stated above.
